1. How to track the order?

A. Once order has been placed by you, a consignment no will be send on your registered mobile no.
For tracking the shipment:

  • Go to home page www.redchief.in
  • Login to your registered account
  • Click on the link “TRACK MY ORDER”
  • The result will be displayed on the screen.
2. Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?

A. We're sorry, but we won't be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed. You'll need to cancel your order by calling us on 18001200141 and then place a new order with the corrected address.

3. Can I book a preferred delivery time?

A. No, we do not offer this facility at the moment.

4. Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?

A. Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address specified on your order (for example, the receptionist at your office). To do so they must show our delivery partner a valid ID of their own.

PAYMENTS:-

1. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept a variety of payment methods:-

  • Visa, master card and all debit/credit cards
  • Net banking
  • Cash on delivery.
2. Is it safe to do online transaction using debit & credit cards?

A. Yes, we use best-in-class 256-bit SSL encryption (For example) to secure and protect your shopping experience.

3. Is there any purchasing amount limit for Cash on Delivery transactions?

A. The maximum order value for cash on delivery purchase is 20,000 (Just for example, it can be changed). If you want to shop for more than Rs. 20,000, you can either use your Debit or Credit Card, or pay via Net Banking.

4. Why isn't Cash on delivery a payment option for me?

A. Our some courier parties are unable to offer the Cash on Delivery service at a few locations. If you order from one of these locations, you can still choose to pay via Net Banking or by Debit or Credit card. For more details call us on- 18001200141.

5. What should I do if my payment attempt fails?

A. If your payment has failed, please try again after checking your Debit or Credit Card details, Net Banking details or any other payment-related information is accurate or not. Also check that your internet connection is working properly or not. If any amount has been debited during the failed transaction, it will be credited back to your bank account or Credit Card within seven (As per the banking standards) working days

RETURN PROCESS:-

1. How do I return the product?

A. Mail us at retailcare@redchief.co.in we will process your query further for this.

2. When will I receive my refund?

A. Initially we don't have refund policy; it can be done only in 2 cases.

  • If any manufacturing defect in our product.
  • If there is any mismatch of the product

ORDERING & TRACKING:

1. How do I check the status of my order?

A. Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails and sms or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. Give us a call on (Toll Free: 1800-120-0141) or drop us an email at retailcare@redchief.co.in.

2.How can I track my product shipment?

A. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.

3. How will I know if order is placed successfully?

A. You will receive an email and sms confirmation from Redchief.in once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
