- We provide Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across our delivery network.
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, with delivery typically completed within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- In the event of damaged or tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer care at 1800 1200 141 or customercare@redchief.co.in to initiate a free replacement.
- All replacements for damaged goods require that the original product tags and packaging remain intact.
- Our logistics partners will make a total of three delivery attempts; if the third attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
- A full refund will be initiated for all unsuccessful deliveries of prepaid orders once the returned package is processed at our facility.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on the delivery location and the total order value; eligibility will be confirmed during the checkout process.
- Please note that delivery timelines exclude National Holidays, periods of natural calamities, or other emergency situations.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders or stipulate minimum order values for deliveries addressed to specific remote or logistically challenging regions.
- You will receive an automated email/SMS notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- During high-demand sale periods, delivery estimates should be used as a general reference rather than a strict guarantee.
